The French Group continues to flourish, meeting fortnightly, on the first and third Monday of each month, at 2.30pm. We start by doing a short translation from French to English, which is circulated before the meeting. These range from Jane Austen and Harry Potter to articles of current interest. We then chat in French - and English! We are a friendly group and would welcome one or two new members, but not absolute beginners.
